materials: fabrics from Mood and Cote D'Ivoire (purchased in Harlem), ribbons from Michaels, bathmat from Marshalls/TJ Maxx. I "sewed" the braids onto to the bathmat with purple ribbons for better structure and size. Make sure your bathmat has holes in it so you can weave it together.
