Studying history helps originality. Mimicking it does not. Movements are stagnant when you don't know how to progress. History shows us different methods we can use, but we HAVE TO make our own.
We all have the same enemy. Class war is the real war and the rich are our real enemy.
Who are the deep state/ultra conservatives controllers of government? People like Trump and Musk are in the spotlight, but there's also secret executives like Gerri Kellman and Tom Wambsgans and Stan Edgar.
  • CEO and executive boards of corporation. As sweeping as it sounds, I really think any higher-ups in corporate America are messed up as hell. Even though C-suite positions are fungible, executive boards are influential and depending on the relationship, C-suite people can wield heavy power... I think.
  • Lobbyists
  • Local politicians
  • Contractors: defense, construction, lawyers, prisons
  • Advertisers, marketing & PR departments
  • Executive assistants (the Jess Jordans and Greg Hirsches)
I believe there's a deep state because that's such a big talking point of Trump's-- it's really a veiled confession, just like how Israel's claims about violence they've faced are really examples of the violence they've inflicted. I find it more plausible that the slave owning and robber baron families of America are in control of society rather than new liberal players. But I'm happy to be educated more because right now I'm mostly a conspiracy theorist.

class consciousness as in

How can us poor people actually do something about it?
  1. Boycott. Where you spend your money is super important because that's the economy right there. Our business matters.
    1. That's why they bombard us with ads all the fucking time. I see new wheat-pasted posters on those green plywood construction walls every week and Hulu ads are a minute and a fucking half long. There truly was a time without ads in streaming services, but capitalism ruins everything it creates.
  2. Do stuff in your life that shares wealth with other people in whatever ways you can. Like if I have extra pencils and my friend needs pencils, I'll give my pencils to my friend. That way, they don't need to spend their money. They get resources and support from their community, the way it's supposed to be.
    1. If you are monetarily rich, then donate as much as you can to the best causes. Do your research to make sure you're truly helping someone, not dumping money into some random charity that exists only for tax purposes.
  3. Recognize the upper class. This is harder because interactions with them differ for everybody. Visibility is super important. Their society is really closed off from ours but it does exist, and they are truly the cause of this shit. Seeing them comes first, and then we can get rid of them. It's people who buy a coffee every day and see it as a necessity, not a luxury. When the time comes to budget, cutting that expense doesn't appear in their mind unless someone else suggests it. It's tall males who ignore you when you're trying to get in the subway car saying excuse me and everything, acting inconsiderate as hell. (I stare javelins at them so they can feel the hatred.) If you get trapped in a conversation with a member of the upper class, smile without real happiness and respond with mildly unsettling answers. I think their class experience prepares them to receive a certain response and pushing them out of their comfort zone is 1) fun and 2) hypothetically transformative. Lay down marbles for them to slip on. The simplest challenge is "Why?" and  I think my usual is Why'd you ask me that?
